MANTA CITY

Manta city is considered the first tourist port maritime of Ecuador of great importance to the trade exterior Ecuador.

Manta is a city charming touristically for their magnificent beaches, located in the heart of the city.

The city Manta has beaches as Murcilago  and Tarqui that favoring the practice of the waterfall sports.  

Manta also has a museum exhibition of archaeological pieces.

Murciélago beach

It is one of the most visited in Manta city; it has a scenic boardwalk, comprising restaurants, areas for recreational sports, craft markets, bars and other places for fun and relaxation.

Pacoche forest

Pacoche the Tropical Rain Forest with beautiful vegetation, where you can breathe fresh air, in between nature and the diversity of flora and fauna that give life to this wonderful landscape 

TYPICAL DISHES.

Rice mariner: this dish contains shells, shrimp, squid and crab, with variations of octopus, clam and freshwater shrimp, seasoned with cumin, pepper, garlic, achiote and onions. It is served with fried plantains and lemon.

Ceviche: One of the main Ecuadorian food dishes. There are shrimp, conch, squid, octopus, fish or mixed lobster there. It is a dish best served cold, with a dollop of lemon, banana chips (fried plantain, cut into thin slices)

Fish casserole: It consists of shrimp, octopus, fish, squid, mussels, bananas, peanuts, cilantro, onion, pepper, tomato, garlic, cumin, achiote, salt, lemon juice and pepper always present.
